DBI is Seeking to Hire 2 Permanent Programs Directors!

The Division of Biological Infrastructure (DBI) empowers biological discovery by investing in the development and enhancement of biological research resources, human capital, and biology centers and other mid-to-large scale infrastructure. These investments support advances in all areas of biological research.

We are searching for qualified candidates for the following positions:

  1. Permanent PD position for the Research Resources Programs, with demonstrated leadership and experience working in bioinformatics and cyberinfrastructure. Experience is especially sought in related topics such as functional genomics, transcriptomics and systems biology across scales.
  2. Permanent PD position for the Human Resources Programs, with demonstrated leadership and experience administering advanced academic science training programs. In particular, this PD would lead the Postdoctoral Research Fellowships in Biology (PRFB) program.
